It certainly is Chief. We're sadly lacking in any form of common sense here in Washington. First Nickels (gone forever I hope) wanted to ban guns in Seattle city parks and propertys, now this. I hear the new mayor isn't leaps and bounds better but we can hope. I'm a ways off from Seattle way out in the suburbs but not far enough. We get a lot of California relocates up here and they are so use to things being totally wrong that they easily accept this insanity. Like mad cow disease it just spreads.
