  • Anyone else getting warning message?

Anyone else getting the following warning message when they try to access KahrTalk? Just started today using FireFox, Internet Explorer seems to run fine. Looks like Google/FireFox are now reporting KahrTalk as an attack site!!

      Just start today?

LZ, did your messages just start today or before? I wonder if it has something to do with adjustments the mods are making these days?

You think JohnH is a gosh darn Russian spy? I'm not getting no gate crasher warning signals but I think my computer pretty much set in trusting mode.
It has been asking me about alot of other sites, like my work email. (go figure.

I just started getting this message tonight. I turned off the block feature on Firefox while I'm on the site.

Nah, JohnH seems like a good enough fellow. I just think that some sort of change has been made in settings (potentially) that now warns and prevents Google/FireFox users from accessing the site, unless they ignore the message or set their security lower. We'll see what progresses from here.

              Be Careful

My windows Vista crashed last night after I chose to ignore the Firefox warning about this site.
Had to boot into safe mode, do a sys. restore and run Malwarebytes to locate and delete the bug--trojan--whatever it was.
I was also being redirected to several different websites at some point.
              What a mess .

I'm posting this from a Linux distro on my other computer since Linux isn't vulnerable to this stuff.
Anyway, there's definitely something potentially bad here.

I couldn't even get here and stay this long without resorting to Google's Chrome browser. This sucks. I normally use Mozilla Firefox and I'm unwilling to stop it's safety feature of blocking reported bad sites.
This is my first attempt at getting this far. Someone needs to check in with the Warning site and get this one cleared.
I guess I could have used my Linux Easygate (hardware on motherboard) or whatever... I have to select my OS or it defaults to Ubuntu (I setup a dual boot with two hard drives, which turned out to be a mistake, but that's another story) which sucks, 'cause every time I got there, there's a gazillion updates and takes forever to download and update. This is really handy when Windows updates and reboots automatically... bringing up Ubuntu.
I don't turn my computer off becuase it takes so long to close and bring it back up... and that's with a very fast Quad-CPU.

I am on it. Nothing changed by me, so must be something with the host end. They run the server OS.

From what I was seeing it looked like it was the host server had a problem. Looked like a car audio site and forum had the bug, and Google/Firefox tore up the server and since we're part of that, we took a large hit as well.

I thought maybe it had something to do with our "bumper" the other day.

MikeyKahr sorry for the delay. I was just now able to get back on the site. My problems surfaced after the last upgrade/configuration change etc. I have tried on three diferent machines using XP/Vista/Windows 7 and I get the same error/warning page.

I hate to say this, but when I cleared my history and cookies (it does it when I close my browser too), I still get that warning. IE works and that's how I've been here the last two days, but I can't stand IE. I'll try again when I get home and see if I can delete my cookies from the c drive.

History? Cookies? IE? Where you people from anyhow? Seems to be working fine for me. My wife just made some chocolate chip cookies. They are really good and even still warm. Would love to share but the logistics are just too overwelming. Sorry.

I still can't use Mozilla Firefox. I cleared everything. I had to use Google's Chrome... after 2 ignore and press on anyway deals, I'm here. I don't know much about Chrome, though.
Ditto on IE 8 or whatever. I use that to get Windows updates... and only then because MS requires it.
