In Memory of Paul "Dietrich" Stines.
Dad: Say something nice to your cousin Shirley
Dietrich: For a fat girl you sure don't sweat much.
Cue sound of Head slap.

My wife was sitting next to me when I read your comments. She laughed for a good 20 seconds.Originally posted by CJB View PostI met a potential girlfriend one time online. she was a lot more feminine and a lot less hairy in the pictures. the clincher when I met her though .was that she only like sex in total darkness and from behind.
that kind of reminds me of this gun deal
This stupid thing has caused some tension and it's good to have someone toss a funny hand grenade. Thanks for that sick and disgusting tension breaker. :israel:USN ~ Retired

Fortunatly, I feigned a sudden onset of writers cramp, and asked to be excused to my truck for a Damitol as appetizers were being served. I slipped the waiter ten bucks and gave him the her phone number on the way out the front door. Last I heard they were honeymooning in Key West.

The small dealer with only 7 feedbacks was somehow able to erase the positve feedback that he left me. It's gone. Today, with full knowledge that the gun was being returned, refused delivery.
Gunbroker knows the entire story, and it looks like they are going to side with the seller.
Unfortunately for the seller, my CC company will receive a complete analysis of the gun's condition.
This is not the first time I've seen this. Negative feedback left by buyer from big dealers are "scrubbed". They disappear.USN ~ Retired

Not that it'd do any good. But I'd get the name of somebody at your CC company that will be dealing with this, and then email both gunbroker and the seller and CC your credit card company with the details of the entire transaction and that you have referred this to your CC company as a fraudulent or unscrupulous listing. I'd put the proverbial screws to both gunbroker and the seller. Any chance you have a copy of the original listing? I know you posted pictures for us from the listing, but those AND the glowing description should be included. Then I'd include your own pictures with it, just to show the differences and how dramatic they are.
Dunno. Maybe not worth the time and effort. But I'd make sure both parties on the other end were aware of how far you are willing to go.
Maybe you'll get a nasty-gram from your CC company telling you how evil guns are and that their policy is not to intervene in firearm purchases...or that they don't even allow them...that'd be the cats pajamas now wouldn't it!!!
Hope you get this resolved and the jack wad has to take is crap back.
I hope (since its a MR pistol) that the dolt is a member here and following this. That'd be funny.

I contacted Discover 5 minutes after I looked at the gun. and went directly to their dispute department.Originally posted by chrish View PostNot that it'd do any good. I contacted the dealer and told him I filed a chargeback.
Discover told me to return it, I did. I filed a fraud case with Gunbroker.
The only thing I wish I would have done was take pictures. But the post office was closing and I wanted it back in the mail sameday.
My gun dealer is willing to make a written statement as to the condition of the gun.USN ~ Retired
