I can't contact him without registering. Does it have Night Sights? How old? How many rounds and How reliable.

I have a daughter in Austin that could take delivery.

I don't know the weapon date but he's had the gun for little over a year. The gun is in excellent condition and comes with Kahrs standard sights. He has 7 round mags and the gun is very reliable, you won't be disappointed.
