I have three holsters that came with a p380 I recently purchased. I'm a lefty so cannot use them. I really have no idea as to what they are worth, so feel free to make an offer if my prices seem out of line. All three are like brand new and very nice. I have put my gun in the holsters so you can see how yours would fit and obviously my p380 is not for sale. 
The first one is a leather Galco IWB holster.....$35 shipped
The second one is BULLDOG nylon OWB holster with mag pouch. It appears that the retaining clip can be removed and installed on the opposite side for a lefty, but I never tried it.......$30 shipped
Third is a wallet holster made by Uncle George. Pretty basic and looks like a wallet when in your back pocket........$35 shipped.
