You may look at the pictures and think, what the heck is this guy putting that around a peanut butter jar for? Well, I wanted to find something that showed the maximum circumference that the velcro strap on this holster allows for. That's a standard peanut butter jar (some generic stuff) but it should give you an idea. That's the maximum thing it would fit around, I did not measure the jar but if you put a string around a peanut butter jar and a string around your ankle you should be able to tell whether this will work for you or not. Measured the jar a couple times, it's somewhere around 11.25 or 11.5 inches.

So this is a really nice leather ankle holster. It is padded and comfortable. I don't see that you would need any sort of thigh strap with this as it wraps up pretty tight. The leather is actually molded to the gun, not some cheap pocket that the gun just pushes into. The velcro seems to have plenty of life. The padding is like a pillow, super soft.
I found that the gun printed a bit in my jeans (which happened to be bootcut) and with sneakers or higher above work boots it didn't quite blend in enough for me to have confidence wearing it where I would want to. For someone with a peanut butter jar sized ankle or lower leg and a larger calve or different pant wear this should be a great holster.
So since I am over critical of holsters here is another one that will be headed to someone else who can use it better than myself. If you have any questions please let me know but I think I covered as much as I can. I do not know the manufacturer and I purchased it second hand but it is in like new exterior condition, the inside of the holster has some marks from use but that's a silly thing to complain about in a holster.
