One of them is loose and twists side to side as pictured, the other stays parallel to the kydex, I'm not sure that is an issue but just stating the fact, also one has two holes in it which is not large enough to compromise the strength of the kydex. This can replace most general clips (metal or kydex).
I thought they were dark brown but today they look black.
