  • K9 OWB Holster

looking for a K9 OWB holster, I have a #2 in this post I can offer towards trade.

That holster I bought in #2 gets to tight and won't release the gun when I have my gun belt on.

Jason, before giving up on the Mitch Rosen, you may want to try an old trick.

Wrap your pistol in wax paper, holster it, and wear it all day. It sounds silly, but this stretches the leather enough to make a significant difference in retention. Additionally, body heat and movement will rub some wax into the leather, providing lubrication.

It costs almost nothing to try. Come back and tell us how it worked.

I'd keep the holster too, it's a good one. Try some of Galco's DRAW-EZ, conditioner for their holsters. It works magic. besides... the fit isn't supposed to be loose. The gun should be snug and require some effort to remove it.
Judging by today's left wing, looks like Senator Joe McCarthy was right after all.

yea, but, when it is not in the bolt it is a nice fit, I need 2 hands to draw it when I have my belt on, 1 to hold the holster, 1 to draw the gun.

And that is precisely why, Jason, I recommended molding the holster to the gun while wearing it.

Do try Jason. I in fact have had the same problem with 6 different leather holsters and all are now, well fitting, good holsters after doing as has been suggested.
              cm9 and lovin it.
