I just posted a K-40 Elite 2003 w/std sights in excellent condition with custom IWB leather holster and three magazines. Slightly more than the $450.00 you want to spend but it is an Elite 2003. Feel free to contact me if you are interested.

I listed it in the Kahr Firearms for Sale section for $500.00 firm. It really is in excellent condition and I hate to get rid of it but finances are such that I must.
