This info isn't new and was part of why I chose HST +P for carry, 147gn 9MM, 230gn .45. The conclusion for me was pretty much a toss up between Gold Dot and HST but these guys brag on HST so much I went that way. I don't think you can go wrong with either round. I did go +P because my barrel is shorter and I "feel better" about it.

Different but worth a look...turn your sound down a little though, if at work.
Full screen is best...nothing claimed that's questionable though, or anyone's opinion
