  • Anyone else have extraction issues with Winchester White box 9MM?

I Went to the range with a friend of mine yesterday and My full size gen 2 glock 17 was having extraction issues. at first I assumed it was time for a new extractor because that glock has a very high round count and I feed it that Russian crap regularly. BUT His brand new never fired glock 26 had the same problem along with his Ruger SR9C.

The box of WWB that I had was purchased at walmart early last month (it was the last box in the case) and he purchased his box that day at a completely different walmart.
with every single mag in all three guns we had one to two failures to extract due to the extractor losing grip on the rim and leaving a casing half way in the chamber.
they weren't fitting tight or anything because they would pull out fine cycling them by hand.
we also didn't see any visible deformation on the rim that would indicate a batch of soft brass. they didn't appear rounded off or anything either and If i had a way to accurately measure the bad casings I would have, because I have a feeling the rim was out of spec.

I just find it odd that two separate boxes purchased at two different locations literally a month apart had the same issue in 3 different guns.

anyways, there is possibly some bad WWB 9MM floating around Here in Texas so Be ready lol

I haven't bought any "recently" as I had built up some stock awhile back, but have put thousands of rounds through my pm9 and g19 without any problems.

Have not purchased any recently; however, WWB has always worked fine in all my pistols, including my Glocks.

I've never used WWB, but Blazer Brass and PMC Bronze work just fine.
