Anyone having problems with ZQI 9mm 123gr NATO?

I picked up a box of ZQI 9mm Luger 123gr. NATO ammo a while back and finally gave it a try at the range.

With my CM-9 I suffered 3 FTF. Two of these fired on the second try. One did not. It did fire on the third try using a SCCY CPX-2.

Accuracy was actually pretty good for an inexpensive factory round. Better than WWB or Federal.

Is this typical for ZQI or did I get a bad box?

Box #2 had no issues. Accuracy was acceptable for 9mm with the CM9. Point of impact was right around the same as 115gr. rounds at 25 yards, so lower than every other 124gr round I've tried in the past. My groups look like this:

I know their 7.62x51 is weak and groups are not too good at 100 yards. Havent shot their 9mm though.
