Conceal Carry and Self Defense Drills

Does anyone have a source online for handgun drills? I recently bought three silhouette target stands from craigslist and I'm currently looking for a shot timer. I have plenty of practice reloads and I would like to train with drills that emphesize speed and accuracy (seems like a good goal). Anybody?

Bhill - thanks! A weekend is approaching and I believe I'll be running through a few of these drills. Can't wait! Hope the weather is nice. Now all I could use is a good (but inexpensive) shot timer!
