  • Tuff holster for P380 w/CT - which size?

    Hi all,

Just got the Crimson Trace for my P380, and need a new holster... I've been using Tuff size 11 so far (i.e. on the P380 without the CT sights) and I like it a lot, so I "went shopping" again for the version of their Pocket-Roo holster that would accommodate the P380 with the laser, and... here's the dilemma.

This is what Tuff's website lists for holster sizes:

Size 10 Fits J Frame 340PD LCR Gl2627 or similar

Size 11 Fits LCP Kahr P380 Keltec P32 3AT DiamnndBack 380 or similar

Size 12 Fits LCP P380 Keltec P32 3AT with Crimson Trace Laser or similar

Size 13 Fits Kahr MK9/40 KelTec PF9 or similar

Size 14 Fits Bersa 380 SSP380 or similar

Size 15 Fits Be2125 Tomcat SW950 Guardian Seecamp or similar

Size 16 Fits Taurus Judge Public Defender

    Size 17 Fits Kahr P380

Size 18 Fits Kahr P380 with Crimson Trace Laser

Size 19 Fits MK9/40 KelTec PF9 with Crimson Trace Laser
As you can see, the P380 is listed under both size 11 and size 17, and also (with CT) under both size 12 and size 18. The whole thing isn't written out/punctuated clearly, like they didn't really care/someone wrote all that up in a hurry or something, which also makes me concerned that they might have even made a mistake there somewhere(?)

So anyway, my question is, -- what are the differences, which size should I get, 12 or 18?!

I've sent this question to their support/contact but got no reply so far, so I thought I'd ask you all... Also researched online but haven't found anything on this.

    Any input will be appreciated.

    Thanks!

OK just got a reply from their support:

They will both work with the CT Laser and the P380. For the Best fit, I would get the size 12. They do both fit nice.
Thought I'd post the reply here, instead of just deleting the whole thread/original question, -- since someone else might have the same question...
