  • Recommendations on paddle holster pm9 w/ct

I am looking for suggestions on a paddle holster for my PM9 with a crimson trace laser. There are plenty of threads on here for IWB and OWB with a belt but not so much on a paddle holster. I really like the Galco Speed Paddle for the CW9. Does anyone know if a holster for a CW9 will work with a PM9? Thanks

I don't know for sure, but I BELIEVE that it would, based on comments in a review of that holster on Amazon's website. I just ordered one for my CM9 with CT laser, and I will let you know once I receive it.

If you guys are looking for one to pocket carry, I have one posted up in the Classified section. It was custom made for the CT on the PM9.

Thanks, but for in-pocket carry, I use a Sticky.

Drewski, the Galco Speed just arrived. Based on reviews, I knew that there is a short break-in procedure that most gunowners have to follow, so I did that. It took all of maybe 5 minutes, consisting of loosening the retention screw and "working" the leather a bit with your hands. After that, the gun (CM9 w/ CT) seems to fit securely while being easy (but not too easy) to draw. It's on my hip right now. If I notice anything worth mentioning after using it a bit, I will let you know.

Update: I've been using the Galco Speed paddle holster for a few days now and have a couple of further comments. After wearing it for a few hours, the paddle digging into my hip becomes uncomfortable. It's bearable, but you definitely are aware that there is something digging into your body. Also, my other paddle holsters are plastic, while the Speed has a leather holster. The difference is that the the plastic holsters give a discernable click when the gun goes into place, while the leather does not. FWIW.
