Questions for those who really like their gun belts and carry something heavy.
    1. Do you have to cinch it up real tight to keep it from twisting?
    2. Is it comfortable to wear sitting and standing?

I have 2 Amish gun belts from Hanks Clothing. When I carry my 1911 Commander or Glock30, I will cinch the belt an extra hole for more support of the gun without it twisting. I can wear it all day long, to include driving, sitting & walking. Very comfy.

He is the only that I have found that offers it.

I haven't tried it, but Comp-Tac does do the velcro as well. http://www.comp-tac.com/product_info.php?products_id=43

BTW: If you buy a belt from Beltman that they keep stock (without custom add-ons), they ship FAST! When I ordered mine I ordered it with the Kydex liner, BUT they called me personally to double-check because they didn't think I really needed the additional support. They were right; the standard Beltman belt was all I needed. I don't plan on buying a new gun belt anytime soon, but when I do it will be another Beltman.

I don't have to cinch my Beltman at all. Yes, it's comfortable enough that I've made it my every-day, all-purpose belt. I wear it even when I don't carry because I like it so much. It took a while to break in, being that it's two layers of bullhide, but it wasn't at all uncomfortable when it was new either.

There are some very good belts mentioned here but if you are looking for something great take a look at K L Null belt. the one thing that makes most gun belts look the same are the buckles. Null belts use a one piece buckle that is sturdy and elegant. This has been my carry belt for just over 5 years and it still looks like anything but a gun belt. Comfortable quality and no one will ever think its a gun belt. Also buckle comes in Brass or Silver.
