  • Talon Grips modification

I love my Talon Grips. I first had the granulate grip. I love the traction I have on the grip but I carry inside the waist. The granulate grip was killing my skin so I order the rubber grip. The rubber was great against my skin but did not have the traction of the granulate grip. So one day I came up with an idea, why not the best of both worlds. With some scissors and a little glue I came up with this (pic below). Now I love my Talon Grips even more!

Love the Talon "Rubber" grips, have them on my G26 & CM9. Enjoy.

No they work fine IMO. The Sand paper ones are too rough.

I agree with happypuppy, they are NOT too tacky for pocket carry, which I do daily with my CM9 in a Kydex PJHolster.

I have the Talon grips on my PM9 and they work fine for OWB, pocket carry, and flash bang.
I've had them since 2012 and they have held up well.

Some of my Glocks have the sand paper type Talons and while they work great they will wear on your clothing and can't be used for deep-cover IWB holsters next to your skin.
