Seldom wear jackets, not quite as cold here as in WI.

Heavy t-shirts. My t-shirts are also heavy. The polo style shirts I wear most are a heavy cotton, heavier than the t's. Sounds promising.

A Kahr, a Glock, a Ruger, two Brownings, two Remingtons, and a Crossman.

I sometimes carry my PM9 in a Mitch Rosen, usually in sweatshirt weather.

CW40 in a Don Hume JIT slide. Have the matching Mag holder too. Gun wears at 5 o'clock with the magazine at 7. This rig requires a cover shirt and for me that is a loud (usually silk) Hawaiian shirt over a tee. The tee keeps the gun off the skin and the pattern in the shirts camouflages any printing.

So, if you run across an fat, old guy... wicked good handle bar stash... draped in a loud shirt, always wearing a ball cap... staring at your bad manors with a business like scowl...

Well say "Howdy" and mind your P's and Q's.

Oh! and don't forget a good gun belt.

I was once asked if I was "a paranoid for carrying my Kahr".
          "Nope" I said, "just prepared".
" prepared for what" he asked?
          "more stuff than you are"

My life doesn't require having my shirt tucked so I carry from a 340pd mk9 to a 329 night guard own in leather concealment holster.

I should have also asked what type of outerwear.
In Oregon, I wear a light tank t-shirt (to keep gun away from skin) under a Hawaiian shirt for OWB carry 8-9 months out of the year. Nobody knows & printing (a little printing is ok with me) is pretty non-existant, even with the larger guns.

                    Thanks everyone!
What a surprise this was. OWB doesn't hardly get mentioned at all when a person searches for cc holsters. Yet, apparently it is much more common than I ever thought.
Time to go looking at OWB holsters. See what the local shops have for starters.

A good belt is every bit as important as the holster. Makes all the difference in comfort and stability especially if your carrying a medium to large steel gun.

I do occasionally carry IWB but find OWB so much more comfortable and better access for me too.

I wore it to my wife's 40th High School reunion saturday night. All my girlfriends were in her class, kind of a sad depressing fun night, probably last time I'll ever see them. But lots of hugging and groping and I didn't get noticed once.
Well the wife noticed about every time but had nothing to do with the gun.

I Carry OWB any time it's possible to cover. It's either that or in a pocket since I've never found a comfortable IWB holster, and I think I've tried them all. The Remora probably comes the closest, but I don't even like that one. Since I carry a variety of guns I use a variety of holsters, but all are leather.

I hear ya brother, I hear ya. I think its close to time to trade one 60 for 3 20's but that would surely drive me insane. Even more than I already am.
