  • Galco Ankle Glove Arrived

Wearing it right now, however it's empty... and I'm still waiting on the calf strap which should be here Thursday.

Initial thoughts are positive, pleasantly surprised, seems comfy and barely noticeable to the feel or sight, at least without a firearm in it.

I never used the calf strap with mine. I have chicken legs so not much for the calf strap to get hold of.

I think you'll like it once you get used to it. I think I still have my calf strap brand new in the bag if you ever need another one.

I hope it works well for you. Ankle carry was the one method I was never unaware it was there. I was "made" several times while in public.
      "You a cop?"
      "Why?"
      "Your gun, man."
      "Oh"
Judging by today's left wing, looks like Senator Joe McCarthy was right after all.

I've carried small revolvers and small semi-auto pistols in Galco Ankle Gloves for several years. Even tried it this afternoon with my Kimber Ultra CDP II. Hardly noticeable. I use the optional calf strap and also have the boot extender when carrying the PM9 as an on-duty BUG. The Ankle Glove is the most comfortable and secure ankle holster I've found. I very well may have been "made" in public through the years but have never been called out about it.

Ripley, you gotta quit wearing it with shorts and flip-flops. It'll be a little less noticeable . In all seriousness, I'll bet that'd be an awkward situation when that occurs depending on where you happen to be and the type of person that brings it to your attention.
