A friend gave me this holster, an Uncle Mikes Sidekick Ambidextrous holster, works inside or outside the pants. I found the size 16 fits the CW45 with CTL pretty well and will do in a pinch if you need an inexpensive holster. The strap can be adjusted to easily keep the CW45 in place until needed. Product number is 70160. Also has an attached mag pouch for an extra mag.

They're $35.00 at the Uncle Mikes site, and are going for $20 and up at different shops. I have mine set up to clip on and wear OWB for winter. IT has a smaller belt loop for belts maybe an inch wide.
