Used K9 trigger problem. A lot of over travel and a second click.

Just to verify, the current model spring listed on Kahr's website will be a direct fit? I wanted to order a black mag baseplate kit to see if I like it, I can order both at the same time.
Yes. Should be a direct fit and good plan to order the baseplate at the same time. Shipping cost these days just kill ya.

Anybody have a picture with the factory 7 round mag using a flush base plate? It looks like there will be more of a gap, with the flush fit, I am just wondering how much of a gap it will be.

Good eye there Greg. I think youve got it.

That shipping price sounds like shipping by private jet. Guess I'll have to pass then, too bad.
The only thing better than having all the guns and ammo you'd ever need would be being able to shoot it all off the back porch.

Kinda looks like a ham fisted non gunsmith tried to tune the trigger pull on that one.

Find a manual and read it again and again. There are a couple things different on a Kahr and you can foul it up in re assembly if you don't know better. For instance the little spring for the slide stop.. seems like some people get the slide stop in wrong by not payin attention to instruction.

I had this same problem with my P380. When pulling the trigger there was the first click, but then continued further pull of the trigger would cause a second click and release of the trigger would cause a 3rd click. It was exactly what was mentioned earlier in this thread. The trigger bar was slipping off the bottom of the cam and causing the extra clicks. Sent it to Kahr on Wed and it arrived back to me on Friday. Awesome customer service! They replaced the trigger bar and lubed it.
