This is not a good for me. Now when I took out the pin.(Which was so tight I had to pull it out with pliers) The slide slammed forward and I can't move it. Pulling the trigger did nothing. Any ideas and this is my first Kahr product which I'm very upset about.

Sounds like you did something wrong. The slide release comes out easy if the slide is in the right position to remove it. -
surely u did not try to remove the pin with the slide locked open. and also is the mag outta the gun... My PM9 has over 34,000+ rounds through it, and runs much better than an illegal trying to get across our border

There are two tools that you never want to use on a gun, a BFH or a pair of pliers. I cringe at the thought. Some people can screw up an anvil with a rubber mallet. Most of these people come equipped with ten thumbs. Why do they wait until they screw up to consult the experts? It one of life's great mysteries. I watched the video 2 times and lined up the notches as in the video, but the pin was so tight I couldn't pull it out of the hole at all by hand... When I did the slide slammed forward...What else can I do? Kahr did not pick up when I called the tech support and the answering service kept going in circles...Comment

I've noticed it can be tight when the marks are lined up perfect. I just go a hair more and it comes out with finger pressure. Good luck if I think of anything I'll let you know.Comment

Yeah, I don't even look at the marks on the barrel and slide when I field strip mine. I push the slide back until the half moon notch in the slide lines up with the slide stop pin and then push the slide stop pin with my thumb. Once it's pushed into the notch, I grasp it with my other hand and pull it out.
My guess is you reassembled something incorrectly when you couldn't get it together yesterday. I'm wandering if you got the slide stop pin through the hole in the barrel, based on your troubles yesterday. If not, that would be your problem. When you are putting it back together, the easiest way is to watch for the hole in the barrel to clear the slide stop pin hole in the frame and then insert the pin partially. Then push the slide on back further to line up the marks (or half moon slot in the slide) and then push the slide stop pin the rest of the way, making sure to get the spring on the frame above the slide stop lever.”Those who give up their liberty for more security neither deserve liberty nor security.”

I think ur cocking cam is now holding the slide from moving, I think awhile back GB6491 HAD A COOL FIX FOR THAT. If he is reading this, he might chim in and let u know if what I a sayin is a possable and ifhis fix is a possable also.
