We have an LCP & the trigger pull is LONNNNNNNNNNNG & the trigger recoil is so bad it is not fun to shoot. I will have her try my CW9 & see if she can rack it.

Have her try to rack a P380, that's what the CW380 will be like.

The Bodyguard's trigger pull is even longer then the LCP!

I tried both the Bodygaurd and the P380. The differences were biggest in the trigger and the sights. I paid up and bought the Kahr, but everyone should buy what works for them best.

If she likes the Smith & Wesson, buy it for her!

I too expect that Kahr's new CW380 will shoot the same as the P380 but with lesser quality sights. I doubt much else will change between the two.
I was once asked if I was "a paranoid for carrying my Kahr".
          "Nope" I said, "just prepared".
" prepared for what" he asked?
          "more stuff than you are"

I have an LCP, a p380, a P3AT, a TCP and a micro desert eagle. I also have a PM9 which is a good gun. The p380 and TCP are crap. Both have been back for repair and neither is reliable even as a gun to take to the range much less a carry piece. I'm not interested in spending ammo on a gun that jams all the time. The other guns are flawless. My LCP is the new version with very respectable sights, as good as the Kahr in terms of sight picture at 25 ft. It is more accurate than the Kahr gun. The LCP trigger has also been improved and is nearly equal to the Kahr. It is as smooth but probably a pound heavier to pull. This is a new gun so I expect the pull to lighten up a bit with use. I can shoot ragged holes at 25 feet with the LCP. I paid 289 bux for the thing and its been 100% from the very first shot with anything I have fed it. Not a single malfunction in 500 rounds. Not saying any gun can't have problems but for the $600 I spent on the Kahr I wish I'd bought 2 LCP's.
