I made a mock-up wallet style holster by just taping the pistol to a piece of heavy cardboard and carrying it around in my back pocket all day (at home). Having the slide facing outward in my right back pocket is really comfortable and unobtrusive. Having the slide facing inward with the butt toward your right side is NOT comfortable if you have a slim build. So I've decided I need a right handed holster (that rules out the Trickster). I'm thinking Uncle George will be my choice. Thanks for the help.

After I my 45th birthday, I found I could not sit on a wallet anymore. Carry the wallet left front and pocket carry right front. Best to have a good belt too.
I have checked out the Uncle George holster on a vendor table at the local gunshow. Cool piece of kit, but the Nemesis worked out right for me instead.
Will watch the thread to see what you choose and how it works out for you.
Good luck with the search.I was once asked if I was "a paranoid for carrying my Kahr".
"Nope" I said, "just prepared".
" prepared for what" he asked?
"more stuff than you are"

Back pocket carry question
I carry front right pocket, but imo if you're going to carry right back pocket, having the butt facing out to the right is a really BAD idea. There's almost no way to draw and present from that position without covering your own abdomen with the muzzle in the process. Never cover anything you're not willing to destroy.Last edited by SlowBurn; 12-11-2013, 04:58 PM.Rest in peace Muggsy

Here is another one you may want to look at.
The one I have seems to be of good quality & works as advertised.

Uncle George has been my EDC P380 holster for more than a year.
I actually bought it for my Taurus, but it fits the Kahr and Ruger as well.
I'm left handed and ordered a LH Taurus. No problems at all using it with my P380.
It is comfortable in my L Hip and L Front pocket.
Highly recommended!

If you have ever fallen or been knocked on yer backside by accident or by someone trying to do you harm, you may be unhappy to find that it hurt way more than you thought it should.
Should the item carried behind your back or in a back pocket be knife, gun, cuffs, wallet, or whatever the injury could be and sometimes is disabling!!
Beware! and do as you see fit. Just my 2 bits worth, for free!"Do as I say not as I do"

I would class the disabling fall as a freak accident. Something that if you worry about it, maybe you shouldn't carry a gun at all because it might go off & kill or injure you or someone else.

Maybe you aren't in harms way that often, or not prone to accidents!
I know what I think I know and have seen. Your mileage may vary!

I've got to agree with lefty. You back pocket is one of the worst places to carry a gun, but it beats not carrying a gun at all. It's extremely hard to access if your on your back. It's difficult to bring the gun into play without first pointing it at yourself. There are downsides to carrying from every position, but in the rear pocket has got to be the worst.Never trust anyone who doesn't trust you to own a gun.

It's not hard to access at all. It's right there. It's easier IMHO than pulling my shirt up and accessing the gun that way. With the butt of the gun pointing toward the crack of your a$$ you can draw it and it never points at you. It would with the grip pointed the other way though. It's at 5:30 vs 4, it's a few inches lower than a belt carry, it's not stuck under your shirt and most important...if you're being robbed for your wallet it's where you'd go to get your wallet out adding that extra fraction of a second of surprise.

Not my personal preference and probably not the best carry for a number of reasons, but has some positive points....one being that it is on you and not in the vault and two being that if you like to carry this way...go for it and why make issue of it.My Sword - PM4044N/CTL/Talons

Front pocket carry is so natural, you can have your hand on the gun ready to draw, and no one has a clue.
