I just finished up a little test I conducted. I have heard online and elsewhere that a 380 is so underpowered, that it has been stopped by a cell phone. No one cited any actual evidence, so I thought I would test it out. Enjoy:

I could see a cell phone stopping a .380, if it was one of those bricks back in the '80s. Todays phones wouldn't even stop a .22 short.
