Bought a CM9 and a CW380 last year. Simply put the CM9 ran perfectly out of the box. The CW380 was a pain, it wouldn't return to battery most of the time. Fiddled with it, polished the feed ramp and breech face, tried four different brands of ammo. After 400rds of frustration, I emailed Kahr explaining my FTF problem. To their credit they promptly sent me replacement recoil springs. The replacements were longer than the originals. The new springs seem to have corrected the problem, as I have fired 150 trouble free rounds through it since. I really like how accurate this thing is and how easy it is to pocket carry. That being said, I can't bring myself to trust it for carry duty.

My sister-in-law was in need of an easy shooting carry gun, she's got the CM9 now. Glad to see her get something that is reliable. I'm going to stick with my K40, another reliable pistol, for carry.

I'd recommend another CM9 since you have the extras for it. I may get myself another one.

    Good Shooting

I carried my LCP (same size as a P380) predominantly at work until recently when I realized my CM9 just isn't that obvious at all so long as I'm wearing khakis rather than slacks. With minimal effort, this gun conceals well and shoots great. Long story short you couldn't get me to get rid of the CM9, I can promise you that. It's just all around perfect. Get yourself another one and don't look back!
