    Being a blem I'm not sure how far they will go to make things right though as it does function properly now.
    Yeah that's my thought too. Shrug...Little bit of a let down but I'll get over it lol. Seems like it would be more of a hassle than worth it

      Yes, it appears you got a replacement slide that's been used and the fit between slide and frame is a bit off. Have you checked the fit after putting an empty case in the chamber? The fit may even up with something in the chamber. This is like the first time you bring your new car into the dealership for it's first service and you find tool marks and scratches where the mechanic has been working. Why is it when new things leave the factory they look new but when they are returned for repairs, they show wear? Well, it happens to all of us and I, for one, would not be critical whatever decision you make on returning or just keeping your gun as is.
