Given every pistol is unique and people prefer heavier/lighter rounds, which ammunition is very reliable and accurate in a CW9?

CW9 Ammo preference?

Mine has eaten, digested and evacuated all of the rounds that have been put down its throat. That includes my reloads which it gets a steady diet of.
I prefer the 125 grain bullets but also have some 147s.

Why would you want to, comrade?Originally posted by Pointedstick View Post....although I'll admit I haven't tried to feed it steel-cased Russian stuff yet."I do not love the bright sword for its sharpness, nor the arrow for its swiftness, nor the warrior for his glory. Ok, the group response seems to indicate the CW9 will feed anything up to, and maybe including, LEGO blocks.
A few have indicated prefereneces for ammo - Critical Defense, Golden Sabers, etc.
Did you base those on personal preference or compare different brands for accuracy in your particular weapon?
I'd like to know your experience.
Thanks,

Speaking only for myself here, I tend to buy the cheapest brass-cased ammo for plinking that I can find. I have always found my CW9 to be more accurate than I at the 25 feet I typically shoot to (this thing makes me frighteningly accurate too, and I'm not even that great of a shot). So the el cheapo ammo is what I buy. I've fed my CW9 Remington UMC, PMC Bronze, Winchester White Box, this weird Swiss Dynamit Nobel Geco stuff that's hella cheap (seriously, you can get crappy Tula for the same price), BVAC, Blazer Brass, and Federal American Eagle. No problems with any of them, and at 25 feet, I haven't seen any perceptible differences in accuracy (they're all ragged-hole accurate), so I go with what I can get cheapest when I look online.Originally posted by kcman View PostOk, the group response seems to indicate the CW9 will feed anything up to, and maybe including, LEGO blocks.
