124 gr standard or +P Speer Gold Dot
    124 gr standard or +P Federal HST's
124 gr standard or +P Winchester Ranger-T series.
    They are all proven stoppers.
Online, these have been priced from about $25 a box of 50 to $35, depending on the dealer, but the Short Barrel stuff is only available in 20-rd boxes, so far.
Underwood makes decent ammo using Gold Dot bullets, and their +P stuff is pretty reasonably priced in boxes of 50... Under $30 a box. If they HAVE it IN STOCK, they ship quickly, but are probably overwhelmed with orders, too.

I just checked, and they are OUT of 9mm.

The "feeding frenzy" and panic have created shortages and seller markets... where some dealers resort to "scalping"... supply and demand.

I personally don't use the GDSB, so I don't have to worry about buying the 20 round boxes. You are spot on regarding the 50 round box prices, that's why I usually buy 15-20 boxes (FMJ's & JHP's) at a time, still saves over buying locally. I have not tried the underwoodammo, so thx for that tip, I will check them out. Can't wait to see what online buying prices will be in the future, this is getting crazy!

Gander mountain has speer. Little pricey yes but same outcome if just buying a box or two compared to online.
        This place isn't safe.

Today, my Walmart had a good supply of WWB, in .40 and 45. Supply dribbles in and sells fast, so the shelves are often bare. It really is hit-or-miss. Buy it when you see it.
