Wow, talk about right place right time. I need to shoot one before I want one. I have larger paws, and don't like much smaller than my P45 (which incidentally is only SLIGHTLY bigger than the Bersa CC 380 I just got rid of). I might try pocket carry if I could find something that I like. Though with me pocket carry is a bit hard to pull off for a number of reasons.

      2nd PM45 range trip

Got a chance to put a few more rounds thru my PM45 today.
After the 1st 200 rds last week I decided to take some 220 grit sandpaper to the sharp nubs on the grip. Much better.
UMC 230 ball - 175 rds, DPX 185 +P - 6 rds and the last of my 20 year old Fed. HS - 20 rds. Had one stove-pipe on the HS.
Total round count is 401, I'm callin' it broken in.
      Now for some leather.
Couple of pics for those that like 'em.

Looks good, sounds like she qualifies for broken in status too. I've been waiting for someone to take on those sharp nubs with some sort of abrasive. Sounds like your plan might be the ticket to make that grip a bit more user friendly.

Looking good, Snuffy. I might have to get a big stack of cheap paper plates. Those make pretty good targets and you can stack 'em and save 'em like that.
I thought I was getting there with mine and then I started having FTFires and the trigger once in a while would act fired, pulling to the rear and then being ready to fire after returning to the front. I never had a finger on the trigger as I chambered a round, so that was weird, too. At least it got me to strip the slide and check the striker... piece of cake with the coat hanger "C" clamps... one for each size Kahr... easy to make and use.
I love shooting the PM45, but I'm happy sticking with standard loads for defense. The stuff I've tried is stout enough and I can shoot a bit of it, but +P might start to hurt, even with the innertube grip covers. I can feel some of those nibs with the defense ammo. I start feeling like maybe I shoulda brought a glove to shoot with.

I was kind of hoping for a runner right out of the box but I'm going for it anyhow I think.

It's about time. You know you wanted to and needed to. Just get the thing and make us all happy...

Easy Mr. Snuffy, he's just tuggin on your chain. Although he probably really does draw the circles if he gets lucky. A #2 pencil is the same diameter as a 9mm round also just for future reference. Jocko's more a minute of garbage can lid kind of guy anyhow, bigger circles that way.

I just noticed the writing on the plate 10 yards! I was impressed before, even more so now. Very nice.

I hope he knows I am kinddin him. that is one hell of a shot group, and tonight I went out and shot my PM9 at 7 yards sitting on a chair (old people do that u know) and I have to say I shot the best groups in my 25,900 rounds ever. Shot 75 rounds and all my groups were u could cover with "garbage can lid" I was going to take photos but figured no one would believe me!!!

I think I have cured my shooting quirks Bawanna!!

You definitely da man. Another 100 rounds or so and I think we can declare you PM9 officially broke in. Then you can carry it full time with confidence. Maybe you can use the garbage can lid for a shield?
Most the old people I know that shoot sitting down are drunk, say it ain't so Mr. Jocko, just tired or perhaps just conserving energy for emergency use. I sit alot, kind of tired of it to be perfectly honest with ya.
