Well one of the officers stopped by with his PM9 so I could look at it to make a holder for Jfootin. It didn't occur to me that it's such a small piece needed. Not really even measurable. For some reason I though I could go like an inch from the slide back to breach face but obviously that don't fly.

Jfootin, try the chop stick idea until I come up with something. I think a little piece of door shim or any tapered piece of anything would work.
