New CM40 extractor problem

Called customer service. They were very nice again and said they would send out a recoil spring assembly. Still have not received the new follower. The gun did function without the nut although it did ruin the recoil spring. I am just not used to so many issues with a new gun. Well except for my new Nano that is. Thanks again for replies.
