Best PM9 pocket holster?

I'm searching threads looking for info on a pocket holster, I've probably read 100 threads now. I looked at the recommended Desantis nemesis, but I don't like the ambi pocket holsters because I don't think they minimize the print like the left/right specific ones do. I've looked at the Fist, Hedley, Meco, and others. The Fist looks too much like an ambi, the others look good. One that I haven't seen mentioned here is the RKBA pocket holster. I have handled one of their LCR holsters, I liked the molding and quality. They are cheaper than the others at ~$40 shipped. I have attached a picture of their PM9 holster for reference.

I really want/need something that will allow minimal printing in dress pants, while protecting the gun and allowing a consistent position in the pocket. The most important thing is minimizing the gun print. I don't care if there is a rectangular bulge as I have pretty large pockets.

I will be purchasing a tuckable IWB holster for weekend use, possibly a Crossbreed (Minituck or microclip). I have a cheapo predator kydex IWB that I was using with my CW9, it was ok comfort wise, but not concealable enough.

a pocket holster yet that doesn't print somewhat. The leather ones work no better IMO than my desantis. People just aren't looking there either, so any pocket holster you choose will work ok, u just gotta get over the fact that you think it prints and you think everyone is looking there which they are not, and if your legal to carry, who really cares??

I did look at the superfly, but the guy at the local shop said that the sticky stuff gets packed with lint and the overall durability is less than adequate. He recommended the nemesis instead.

I'm thinking leather would be better than hard kydex as it can mold around my leg a bit. My previous LCP holster is nylon with a rectangular panel to reshape the bulge.

Mika...I have carried a snubbie, for a couple years now, in one. I will be using it for my PM9. Great guy to work with. Stays in pocket when you draw...and no one has noticed mine,,,even my business partners have no idea. Lol, they think I leave it in the truck....not that they would care.

I have (eight, I think) pocket holsters for my PM/MK 9, having the "buy and then try" method. I generally like leather over synthetic over kydex. All of these are under $55 or so.

In order of preference:

DM Bullard - leather
Mika - synthetic
High Noon Pocket - leather with synthetic cover
RKBA - leather
Aholster - kydex
Fist 5- kydex
Desantis - synthetic
Uncle Mike's - synthetic

I prefer pocket holsters that cover "high up" ...or that cover or nearly cover the end of the slide (the RKBA does not, but it otherwise a decent product). And that allow a quick draw without messing about with thumb manueuvers or other manipulations to draw (the Fist requires thumbing). Also those that have or can develop enough "memory" to contour themselves to my leg (like the Bullard and the Aholster).

"Sticky" (like the Desantis and the High Noon) is ok, but a design that has some positive hooks that will keep the holster in the pocket upon drawing no matter what (like the Bullard, RKBA, Aholster). The last thing I want is to draw a fully holstered gun. The High Noon is the best of the "friction based" designs.

The Mika is an odd duck. It doesnt rely on stickiness or on hooks, but on a loose fit and some stickiness. It is exceptionally comfortable, but loosey-goosey. So don't do cart wheels. And it covers well. It is my preferred holster for my J frame.

DeSantis Super Fly Pocket Holster

I've been using the SuperFly for my S&W 642 and 642 Pro for over a year now. Another poster stated that someone told him it gets packed with lint and is not that durable. I've found through daily use for over a year that those statements are not true.

It stays in the pocket and has never come out during a draw. I've had some minor lint but never a lint problem. My revolver does print some but not enough that a non-gun guy would have any clue that it is a firearm. It looks little different than new after daily use for over a year. I purchased the SuperFly about as soon as they came out from MidWayUSA. I had been using an Uncle Mikes pocket holster with my S&W 642 Lady Smith and really didn't have any issues with it. I got the SuperFly mainly because it was new and looked cool. But unlike almost all of the cool new stuff I buy this one is still in service and I have no intention for changing it out. If it is too thick then you can EASILY removed the anti-print flap and it becomes a better Nemesis (and the Nemesis is great). After using it a couple of months I liked it so much I bought one for my Dad to use with his S&W 442. And I wouldn't do that if I didn't REALLY like it.

I recently bought a M4043 on GunBroker.com and it is waiting for me to pick-up once I get back to Florida from Afghanistan next week. The "first" thing I purchased was a SuperFly for it from MidwayUSA and it is already at the house.

I love my S&W 642 Pro and will keep it handy in the car in the SuperFly. I love the satin black stainless finish and I took the S&W Rosewood Laminate grips off my wife’s S&W 642 Lady Smith and put a compact Cushioned Crimson Trace Laser Grip on it then the Rosewood Laminates on my 642 Pro. LOOKS GREAT and slides out of the pocket like you buttered it. My wife is intrigued with the laser and likes to play with it. Fortunatley for the cats she unloads it before playing. I'm ok with lasers but I only have one on my (Kanda) M4.

I bought the 642 Lady Smith gun many years ago right after they came out for my wife but... regardless of the Lady Smith Moniker I liked it so much I used it as my primary concealed weapon and my left front pocket back-up. I only gave it up to her last year after I saw the 642 Pro on the dealer shelf.

I've already got ordered from Kahr the wood grips, Tritium Novak rear with a Trijicon Front and additional 5rd and 6rd mags (from Cheaper than Dirt) for my M4043. I've already got it scheduled to be shipped to Magnaport and hopefully they'll be able to also checker the front strap for me. Then it goes to Robar for the black Rogard treatment with NP3 plating on internals. Might go NP3 Plus on internals.

I'll take pics and post them once I finish the project. I may be returning in mid June for just a couple of months to Afghanistan and hopefully my project will be waiting at home when I get back. I already have several hundred rounds of 40cal. MagTech 180s and a couple of fresh boxes of 40cal Corbon 135s wait'n at home. I'll shoot a couple of hundred before I send it off and then repeat once I get it back. I'll do a comparison report. Hopefully I'll get my Chronograph to work'n and have some ballistic info (My chrony had an issue with a NA Arms 22mag that shot a foot low at 10').

BPS3040 .... Those are works of art.....That is a beautiful holster right there!!!! Those are hidden holster pieces correct? I cant believe the quality of those gems.

Yes, it is. And the slide coverage is the main reason I like it over other, equally good holsters. Also the boning is quite good as is the overall workmanship. I might also recommend spending a little extra to get the mag pouch for pocket carry.
