I just pulled mine out of the bag and didn't even clean off the packing oil. It's not that bad with an empty magazine in place. It might be more difficult with a full mag. Do you guys know the push/push slide manipulation method? Turn 90 degrees to the right (assuming right-hander here). Bring gun up to tummy level with muzzle pointed down range (why you turned 90 degrees to the right before starting). Grasp slide at serrations with left hand reaching over the top of the slide. Left hand thumb is closest to your body and left index finger on other side of slide. Push grip forward with your right hand, while pushing slide back with your left hand. You should find it much easier to rack the slide.

If push/push is still difficult, you can always do some isometric arm exercises to build up strength. Use the same push/push motion, with your hands joined where the pistol would be if trying to rack the slide.

I really had a bugger of a time with my LCP when I first got it until I learned the push/push method. As the recoil springs start to take a set, the slide will get easier to pull back.

Yes, I've been doing that - several hundred times so far - and it is loosening up.

Haven't taken it to the range yet, but will do as soon as possible. Christmas preparations are keepin' us busy.

                CT380 Introduced!

Just got a chance to shoot my new ct380 today. Only had about 60 rounds with me so I am still in the break in period. Had some trouble with the seller & Belloit ammo I was using but the hornaday critical defense ammo ran perfectly. Very accurate and a great trigger. Kahr has another winner with this one.

Also, for what is is worth, I tried mine in a holster made for a Walther PPK and it fits. It is tight now, but I am sure it will loosen up over time.

Thought I might shoot this today so I wanted a glamour shot for the review while it was still unfired. I have always loved the way the P380 feels, but this one feels even better.

Nice pic of a nice pistol.

Mine feels very comfortable too - much better than the LCP or even the PM9.

Give it a Talon grip and it will be complete....I think I gotta get one of these!

I've never tried a Talon Grip on anything. I have no problem controlling the P380 so I expect the CT380 should be even easier to control.

I find the Kahr grips a little rough on the mitts and the Talon took all the bite out without sacrificing any concealability.

It's really just a rubber decal that just works, ymmv

Finally got her broken in and ready to carry. Carried her all day today and this is a very comfortable light weight pistol.
