  • Now probably wouldn't be a good time to tell you about the new government firearms redistribution program.

Sort of like their steal from the workers, give to the whiners program.

You got two, somebody has none, you get the idea.

Rumor has it they plan to implement a similar plan on Harleys. Starting with the slightly off center of the United States in I believe Indiana.

Don't ya just love big government that wants to take such good care of you and me.

Dietrich: For a fat girl you sure don't sweat much.

I've got no guns and he's got no bikes.
      Yup, that's the ticket.

      • So are you trying to say you got a boat and you had a little accident?

Yup, Yup, Jocko and I was on this ferry you see.
And the pup went down with everything on it.
Everything on board went strait to the bottom.
And then swept out to sea.

We escaped with just the shirts on our back.
          It's all very sad.
          Hard to talk about it...

          • Barth, the HK website talks about a 7 or so pound trigger on their guns, but say it can be lightened up to 5.x pounds by a HK certified armorer. Do you get your guns worked on to get the 4.x pound trigger?
            Very interesting...

              Yup, Yup.
The HK LEM triggers have OEM factory springs for heavy, medium and light.
Most are shipped to the U.S. as V2 heavy.
But I got the springs from HKParts.net and instructions from HKPro forum.
Gave them to my gunsmith and both my P30 V2 and P2K V2 guns are now V1 Light.
V1 Springs will arrive with my second P2K V2.

                    Best way I can explain it;
the first pull is like a very light long pre-travel,
                    then a distinct wall,
followed by a very crisp clean SA like break.
Then you ride the reset, which seems short, for the second SA like pull.

I have professionally tuned triggers on all of my guns and this is one of the best.
Plus the handling and recoil of the P2K is outstanding.
It's like the perfect weight, size, balance and natural pointing handgun I've got.
The gun is effortless to shoot and the bullets seem guided to the target.

                    Just had to have two.
And I've never bought identical guns before.

Attention to detail...look past the shiny stuff to understand what you're getting. :40: Took me a long time to get a handle on that.

                        I am still working on it . . .
It would be so nice if something made sense for a change.

I think I would have named it Richard but I'm not nearly as sick as Jocko.
