      I'm glad they specifically list:

Adam Lanza's National Rifle Association certificate
      Nancy Lanza's NRA certificate

Pretty unbiased huh? That feel like a direct attack on the NRA to anyone? I mean really?? The police seized those in a search warrant??

Wow, an Enfield 323 rifle. Those are rare as chicken lips.

They make a big long list but if one took the time to add it all up, there isn't really a lot there, no more than most gun people would have.

In fact I'd feel terribly under stocked if that's all I had.

some of the items listed are just stupid.....like the "certificates" and the "one spent .22 casing"

I didn't get a certificate from the NRA, just a wallet-sized card and tons of junk mail.

There's some fishy-sounding stuff in what the media reported today.

              1. A shotgun in the GLOVE COMPARTMENT of a HONDA CIVIC?!? Not even a sawed-off would fit in there. Obviously wrong/bogus. Unless Kahr makes a sub-compact 12-gauge I never heard of.

              2. They mention "2 magazines with 70 rounds of 12-gauge ammo". In what universe is this? Even those ridiculous-looking Arsenal Saiga shotguns with mags hold like 12 rounds. Assuming a 35 round mag (70 / 2 = 35), could you even hope to raise/aim such a beast?

I'm sure a lot of this can be attributed to Media Morons who can't be bothered with attempting to understand what they've been told. But cmon...really?

did u really expect anything differentfrom the media people They ain't on our side

as much as I detest Harry Reid, he is gonna be the catalyst asto how little even gets passed. He aina't for these controls. but I do think we gonna see some kind of registration passed between private people. It will serve no purpose but 80% of the people feel that this kind of regestration would help, and these legislators also feel they have to pass sumpin to appease and this is probalby as less restrictve as they will vote for. They ain't gonna get einsteins gun ban, no way in hell is that gonna happen.

I love the cover of the Ameircan Rifleman today. That has to piss the great one off (I don't mean u colonel)..
. My PM9 has over 34,000+ rounds through it, and runs much better than an illegal trying to get across our border

I think that "80% of people favor stronger background checks" statistic is as phony as the "40% of sales are without a background check" bullsh!t. Just more lefty lies (what else is new).

Besides, I hear there's an old-fashioned filibuster abrewin' with Marco Rubio, Rand Paul, and Ted Cruz (my man!!!). The background check thing may never even make it to the Senate floor.

Not to derail the thread here, but this reminded me...

When my step-father was on his death bed (and not really possessing a full range of thought processing abilities anymore) he responded to my mom's question as to whether or not he was hungry for anything other than hospital food with a request for some deep fried chicken lips.

As an added afterthought, he also requested that she be happy and get remarried after he's gone, but to not marry a big fat guy with a little d*ck.

                        Good times... carry on.

Not crazy, just responsible! I had a buddy in high school (1975) that stored his Ruger 10/22, Colt .45 and Winchester 30-30 in his bedroom. No problem, no issues...

You guys have to realize that the word "arsenal" was used because it's shorter that saying, "the contents of his mother's safe". Edited for brevity is the term used. It was in no way intended to slant the article, or to reveal the bias of the author of the piece. Anything more than a single shot bolt action .22 rifle is considered an arsenal of weapons in liberal speak. Anyone can take an NRA gun safety course and receive a certificate of completion. They do not have to be an NRA member. The NRA has no record of Lanza or his mother being NRA members. Only about 7% of gun owners belong to the NRA.
