I don't see the problem with anyone/anything taking pictures of people standing out in public. the issue comes when there is a reasonable expectation of privacy, and the street aint it.

agree, not sur ethat was the point asmuch as the super power of what we had years ago that most never knew about existed. Had I thought big brother was really watching me I would have give them the #1 sign. today I am not to sure if I want them settlingon my home front watchig me though. I thinktoday it is far far ore invasive than back then to. Just sayin

Of course you know the NSA has very quick facial recognition software that could identify and tag people in a crowd. Possibilities could be good for capturing genuine bad guys, but horrendous for controlling innocent citizens.
