I'm still working on the lifestyle and diet changes but what the hey....

I noticed a downward trend at 40. Maybe I'm ahead of the crowd.

The 50's have been some of the best and some of the worst years of my life.
If my damned body would keep up with 20 something mind, it would work out much better.

I thought I was the only one whose body seemed to know when it turned 50. It's like my factory warranty ran out and stuff started breaking.

Where do you get the extended warranty? Pfizer? Do I need a prescription?

I'll try to live as clean as you, Jocko; not sure if I can do it!

Age is just a number, and every year brings different experiences, if you are lucky and you make an effort at living life!

At 50 I was doing pretty well. At 58 my mind is starting to write checks my body can't cash though. I do try and take care of myself..watch what I eat and work out regularly. Seems to at least slow down the downhill slide somewhat. I have found that you do lose 3 things though as you age. The first one is your memory. Dang... I forget what the other 2 are!
