Ok, I'm expecting a slow night, and am kinda curious, so I'll ask. How did you come by your screen name? In my case, the first time I logged on to the internet I needed at least one more letter to make an id, and since I was in the Corps at the time, well it kinda fell together that way. Lott being the family name and all, and the j being the first letter of the first name. I'm just curious as to how some of these screen names come about, and think this may be a fun kind of read.

In an earlier life BC (before chair) hunting was a family tradition. Family, brothers in laws, step brothers quite a group. I was usually the one that went out and reconned the areas prior to the season.
Based on our kill rate one could say I sucked really bad but I was quite successful at finding areas where there were very few other hunters which is precisely what I was looking for.
Anyhow somewhere during this period I got labelled as Bawanna apparently something to do with Great White Hunter in African hunting. Not sure if this is real or made up, I've actually never bothered to check.
Green Bay on the board. We're off to a good start.http://bawanna45.wix.com/bawannas-grip-emporium#!

Indeed, see great stories already. Let's have some more, I like to know the why's and this is great.Attitude: it takes 43 muscles to frown, 17 to smile...and 3 for proper trigger squeeze.

I am terrible at finding screenames for anything. My emails are all my name but when joining a forum i know it would be bad to have a first and last name. I prefer that method bc everything is always the same and I cannot forget my name, right?... But for forum names I chose to go with 9mmfl because i only own a Beretta px4 qnd Kahr CW9 & I love 9mm ammo it's CHEAP I just graduated college and the $$$$ is not flowing in as fast as my student loan bills are lol!!! and you can always find it in multiple brands at the places I frequent. And the fl is obviously florida where I now live, I miss being downtown Detroit but I love the weather and the beach. So maybe not the most well thoughtout but it is what it is.
BTW I KNOW (j/k)... I need more guns!!!!!! lolWhen the sh*t hits the fan... I'll grab my Kahr, and you can grab your cell phone...

I guess I'm the one with the least imagination of all of you, mine is a login from an old job of mine. I can't even remember what it meant back then I just kept it by force of habit. Why is it that every time there is a shooting spree they want to take the guns away from the people that didn't do it? :59:

I'm a surveyor
We do general land boundary surveys, topographic surveys, infrastructure design surveys, mapping, geodetic positioning, development design, and a few other things.
I've had little kids come running saying "Mr Surveyor, Mr Surveyor, how far can you see through that telescope"..... my reply is "All the way to the moon"! It just blows their little minds... even when I tell them I can see the moon without the scope________________________________________
