Since they show it as "fixed", I'm guessing it will show up as "shipped" later today, or tomorrow.

Where exactly is that recall site that gives a status? I haven't got dittley form them about my statue. Just the Fedex number that shows received.

7000 received on Sept. 3 doesn't give warm fuzzy's. I think mine was the same day.

*** Update: Never mind my stupid question in the first of my post. You just re-enter your serial number. Duh, I should have known that. ***

The only thing better than having all the guns and ammo you'd ever need would be being able to shoot it all off the back porch.

for what it's worth, I got the "notice" for mine about an hour ago with a tracking number. Return delivery should be Wednesday. I'm good with that.

Mine is still reading it's been received and entered into there system.
Maybe I should have put it in a big florescent orange box.

            mine just came in.

looks as clean as I shipped it. and they did have it in a small generic plastic SA case with the extended mag and both sizes of extension sleeves.

I didn't shoot it enough to get accustomed to the trigger in the two weeks I had possession, so I can't say whether the trigger feel is much different. It does seem to have more take up before the engagement .... but the very short span of the actual engagement seems smooth and even with a nice sharp break at the end.

Nice. Glad to hear they are starting to find their way back to their rightful owners.

do you plan to detail strip it to evaluate the new parts?

In the short time I had mine, I didn't have the opportunity to attempt a detail to learn the original internals. Hopefully won't need to now.

Yes, I do; I'm especially curious about the roll pin in the grip safety.

Mine got there on 9:xx AM on 9/3 if that helps. Sounds like they are making some progress though.

Well, photos have been posted elsewhere showing what is involved with the roll pin:

Hopefully, that works better than it looks.

That's still a horrible place to have a roll pin. I was hoping when they admitted they didn't have a fix they would come up with something else.

If that pin drifts either way just a tad your out of the game. Mostly like it's pressed in with about a 800 ton press like their sights so it most likely won't move but still a concern deep in the back of my mind, for my son anyhow.

I'm ok, I'm sticking to the JMB platform myself or the PM45.
