I would swap out the NY1 for a std 5.5 lb trigger spring, clean it up inside and out, install a new recoil assembly, and call it a day. Plenty good enough for your stated purpose.

And while your at it, replace the trigger spring with an OEM spring. I would also replace the mag(s) spring and update the followers.
