A Browning Hi Power is a fantastic gun. I love mine. But they are costly...
I've been looking at the Beretta 92/92A1/M9/M9A1s in both the full size and compact versions. The compact is still a big gun. They cost a little more than the CZ, but not much more.A couple Colts, a couple Brownings, a Makarov, a Sig, a couple Rugers, a couple Kahrs, a couple Smith & Wessons, a Walther, and a couple Berettas .....Oh, and some long guns...

It has been my experience that you don't save any money reloading...Originally posted by root View PostI still prefer to shoot 45 but need to get a reloading setup created.
Sure the cost per round is less, but you just shoot more...which is not a bad thing.

I own one of the CZ copies from Turkey, Cannik s-120 all steel
Super accurate, very well made and takes almost all of the CZ parts. It is in the low to mid $300.00 range with 2 mags, case, cleaning kit and a speed loader.
The only weak part maybe the sights.

I have a cz 75 sp01Tactical. only difference is night sights and the rail for a light or lazer, I don't use either but the extra weight helps a bit. I read all I could on cz's and they all loved the gun but not the trigger so I went for the cz custom competition hammer(they also do a little smoothing on the sear)has 8lb double action first shot and 4lb single action followups. I love this gun at the range, came with 2 18 round mags. Very accurate and easy to shoot. It's heavy, not something you want to walk around with in a holster. Have about 5000 rounds through it and never a problem.Keep it on my nightstand with 100% confidence in it.
