The thing is, I can see Muggsy's point about the Cops being mostly good guys. I think he and I know the old timers that dealt square with people, and not this new breed that's all gung ho smash some heads. Although on some of the videos it looks like the older cops being the abusive ones. I don't know. I still think if they would charge some of the more reckless ones with manslaughter, instead of slapping their wrists, they might get the message.Tom
