Whatever happened to the polite officers that could calmly question someone without doing a forced takedown to handcuff them? From what I saw, it looks like excessive force to me. A lot of LEOs these days are way too aggressive. Likely all the officer would have had to do was ask the lady nicely to turn around so she could restrain her, if the officer felt it necessary. Instead she just grabs her arm and twists it. I'd jerk back too.

If I was the husband, I'd be more pissed about them leaving the kids in the car for an hour before calling him. There wasn't any need for that.

The one the really pisses me off, are the people arrested for resisting arrest. How can that even be, either they are being arresting them for some other charge, or they should be left alone. I don't see how they can even cite resisting arrest as the only charge. Makes no sense whatsoever.

HY*NDAI is to cars, what Caracal, Hi-Point, and Jennings is to handguns. The cars may or may not run ok, but the corporation SUCKS.

You are supposed to bow to their almighty power and allow yourself to be manhandled, otherwise you are resisting. Complete BS, if you ask me. I've always been a firm believer in treating others as you would want to be treated.

I rewatched it and people can excuse their actions all they want but at the end of the day you'll never convience me that this lady ever posed any threat to the officers, therefore they had no reason to treat her that way, regardless of what happened in the post office. I hope she takes them for all they are worth.

I also found it interesting that the police had a real hard time finding the video and claimed it didn't exist, even after it was subpoenaed. And the DA insisted that husband remove it from YouTube. Haha.
