A man out hunting on his own property, caught a trespasser, on his own land, which was clearly marked no trespassing. When the cops got there, they took the man's unloaded shotgun, and arrested the landowner for assault with a deadly weapon, and grabbed his wife's cell phone and deleted the video she took of them. Funny, they put the land owner on the ground, and looks like they give the trespasser a nice chair to sit in.
She was able to find some software that restored the deleted video, and you can see it at the link below. I just find it strange that they throw the property owner in handcuffs for having a weapon on his own property, and then try and delete the video, that his wife is taking on her own property. Got to delete that evidence of them acting like jerks.
**** like this is causing a loss of respect for LEOs. There is too much of this I have a badge, so I can make up laws as I go, crap going on.
