Everyone who walks into an emergency room of a public hospital is treated. Because of Ronald Reagan they cannot be turned away. Nothing to do with the ACA.

Nobody said it did. Read the thread. Point was made that people legal or illegal get free healthcare via the ER and therefore the ACA shouldn't have needed to spell it out. Don't see anywhere that anyone suggested it was part of the ACA.

Thanks. You are correct chrish....that was exactly the point. That being said, I'm curious as to what facts were not straight. I'm always interested to learn. But as I see it, free healthcare is afforded to legal or illegal. Pretty much the point. Mounty is correct. AND Read the thread.
