Wow this thread really got wound up over the weekend...I don't understand why there are such opposite views of this sad story....To me it's pretty easy to see what went on that day...

Let's start with Adam Lanza.....Adam was a very sick young man who never left his room which had all the windows covered to keep out any outside light and who only communicated with his mother through text messages even from the next room...Adam was on psychotropic drugs for his Aspergers Syndrome and who knows what other mental illness...Adam played violent video games all day and night so he had no real life....He may have found out his mother was going to have him committed to an institution and just lost it and since his mother was stupid enough to have all those weapons around and even took Adam shooting it's easy enough to see that Adam snapped and killed his mother and then decided to go play video games outside for real this time....

Adam drove to the school because it was familiar to him and he knew his way around in there...By this time he was a total psychopath and probably was thinking this was just another video game...He shot out the window and went to the office killing the principal and another worker there before walking to the first classroom he saw and went in and started shooting...The children would have gathered around their teacher in terror so to Adam it was just like his games back home, shooting zombies until there was nothing left....When he heard the sirens coming it snapped him back to reality and he saw what he had done and blew his own head off....At that moment the tragedy ended and the rest of the mess began....

There were many mistakes made that day and it is almost a study in what not to do after a tragedy...It may be the reason there is no video from the security camera is that they forgot to turn it on that morning, who knows...There were several local Police departments responding to shots fired at the school so they didn't know what to expect and weren't trained for something of this magnitude....When the first officers went through the school and saw the massacre in that class room they were probably right to shut down the school with nobody in or out...There may have been children still alive at the bottom of the pile or there may not, probably not but they didn't have time to check because this was still an active shooter situation and there was a possibility there were other shooters still in the building....

The real problem started when they let the news media get anywhere close to the scene....There wasn't anyone in command and control of the situation for some time until the State Police got there and at that point they started making even more mistakes by doing news interviews and letting anybody and everybody, even the freeking medical examiner get on camera...That was a total joke and whoever was in charge should only have said this was an active murder crime scene investigation and then said "NO COMMENT" to any other questioins but since there were so many news crews getting so many stories out as fact (like the shotgun) when most were only fiction that the conspiracy theory stories started being made up....

There were 26 people killed at Sandy Hook that day by a crazy young man, that much is clear...There were also many many mistakes made by the authorities that day and in the days that followed....Much was learned by 20-20 hindsight but to the people involved it was a day they just want to forget and some of the facts are just so horrible they may never be known and I can't say I blame them one bit for that....I think the people of Newtown and Sandy Hook were right to tear down the school and do everything they can to remove all memory of that horrible day from existence...If I had lost my child there it's what I would want done, that and privacy for my familly from some conspiracy theory hunter....

The last fact that we do know for sure is that the Obama Administration jumped on this tragedy like a loose football in the end zone and they used children and this horrible event to try and further their agenda to attack legal lawful gun owners and to further illegal gun control laws and removal of our 2nd amendment rights...I don't think DC had anything to do with any conspiracy theory but I don't trust the Obama Administration not to try anything imaginable to get their way in the future...

Just for fun define Conspiracy. If something didn't happen the way it's advertised and a lot of probable facts are conveniently left out, is that a conspiracy?

A conspiracy is just a set of plans. People conspire to do all sorts of things, like people have conspired to plant bombs, or fly planes into buildings. Conspiracy theories, usually refer to those theories people develop that do not correspond with the official explanation of how or why an event happened. Like there are still many conspiracy theories surrounding the assassination of JFK. Such as the CIA had it done, or the Mafia, or even people from the Federal Reserve. I think that event has spawned more conspiracy theories than any other. That different groups conspired to have him assassinated. That the vote was rigged in the last 2 Presidental elections is also a popular conspiracy theory. That one has some pretty good evidence, with certain precincts have 110% of the vote going to Obama. Like no one accidently voted for Romney. Others say that they voted for Romney, but the machine switched their vote to Obama.


Conspiracy's don't have to be all bad either. Some people conspire to throw a party and get a gift for someone retiring from a job. Usually a conspiracy involves secrecy, in this case you might want to surprise the person retiring. So people conspire behind his back.

I told you boss, everybody knows that if you watch the Zapruder film backwards you will clearly see where the CIA cut out the section where Kennedy fired at Oswald first and Oswald only returned fire in self defense....LBJ set the whole thing up because he wanted Kennedy's stash of Marylin Monroe porn magazines and he had already promoted J Edgar Hoover to be his new Oval Office intern or sumpin like that....

After doing considerable research on Sandy Hook, I'm 100% convinced it was all a lie. I've seen not one shred of evidence that it actually happened, only ridiculous amounts of inconsistencies, and flat out impossible to believe accounts.

This would be the first time in history (since the invention of cameras) that not one single picture or video has been released. It may also be the first time in history a building was demolished because of a shooting. Columbine still stands, Virginia Tech does, the moved theater in Colorado (that one is also rife with BS). None of it adds up, absolutely none of it.

The timing was perfect as well, right after Obama gets reelected, he has the perfectly timed "event" to be able to push the anti-gun agenda that he was afraid to touch until reelected, and he couldn't just bring it up out of thin air, he needed the perfect storm...except it wasn't one after all, and the agenda mostly died. You don't hear much talk about Sandy Hook any more. It failed to produce the results the planners had in mind, so it's like "It's over now, move along".

Every "parent" I saw interviewed were bizarre in their actions, like actors maybe with no real connection to anyone's supposed death. I find it sickening that this type of thing can happen in this country.

The Boston bombing is also full of complete BS. I really wish more people would open their eye's and not just just eat up anything they're told on TV. There is plenty of info out there for those that care enough to seek it out.

Yes Bawanna, the doubting of the Warren Report, would qualify you as a conspiracy theorist. Welcome to the club. At least you picked the most popular of the Conspiracy Theories, which will cause less people to think you've gone over the edge. I believe it shows that you are willing to think for yourself, and not swallow everything the government or their pet news agencies tell you is true. Like "you can keep your insurance if you like it", and "that Obamacare will make Insurance available and affordable to everyone." Or that "Benghazi was the result of spontaneous protests over an anti islam film."
