Seriously, I'm not sure the so called Americans would elect someone who would have the guts to do what would set this Nation on the Road to reestablish America the way our Founders intended.

Insightful but not amazing. While they pontificated freedom and equality, women had none of the rights that men had and if you were of color then fugetaboutit. So the ideals were great but in practice, they fell short in some regards. However, I feel that their literal ideals can be thought as the gold standard for todays world. What troubles me is not the leader of our country as much as the thought that many Americans do not truly want to be free. That concept would require that they be able to govern themselves and many simply cannot.
