My dog got loose once and I didn't find him before I had to go to work. I was pleased to see him returned and tied up when I got home that night. Not so pleased when I found the ticket taped to the front door.

I'm not much for a lot of tickets and stuff but somehow we gotta get these parents involved in raising their kids. It's making life dangerous for everybody.

notice that none of the "guardians" the police could find were the actual parent, mom is gone, dad was only involved for 2-3 seconds, resulting "mistake" gets dumped on grandma or aunt.

Probably her brother. We have a ghetto in my city where all the family trees are straight and have no branches. Uncle/Dad and Aunt/Mom and Brother/Sister aka Dad/Mom are the norm and not an aberration.

Muggsy, your getting me laughing hard this morning. if the women's lib movement was in any way effective, 13 yr. old ghetto girls would be on the pill and not pregnant. now why didn't Micheal Brown's mom go to planned parenthood 18 yrs. ago and get her mistake fixed? no she waited for Officer Wilson to take care of it. pay now or pay latter?
