I have a strict policy not to vote for an ***hat (as I see them anyway), regardless of his or her political affiliation and however it helps or hurts either party. It's one of the very small powers I have over the process.

The corporate puppet masters pull the strings of any presidential puppet who sits in the White House. Until the people can get together and form a 4-party system instead of this win-win 2-party system for corporations, nothing will change. Everyone hates their choices, but do nothing to expand their choices. We're stuck with the Red vs Blue Team and the people will never win no matter who they root for.

I agree, and your "red vs. blue team" verbiage is inspired. Media from both sides has turned politics, especially on the national stage, into a festive game of football, or just as likely quake/counterstrike/halo capture-the-flag.

If you take a closer look at the proposed law I think that you will find that the law only bans hoodies from being worn during the commission of a crime to hide ones identity. The same applies to masks, wigs, etc. The law has nothing to do with left or right. It has everything to do with right and wrong. I fully support the law and the evil right wing republicans who initiated it. Once again the Huff post misrepresents what conservative republicans are trying to accomplish. I wasn't taken in.

There are no republicans or democrats above a certain level. They put on a show for the public during the day, then members of both parties hit the golf course, or go out to dinner together and are the best of friends. They give us small issues to fight over, abortion, gun control, etc, but both parties have the same major goals. Nothing much changed when Obama took office, despite all his big talk. Gitmo is still open, the war in Iraq went on for years, were still in Afghanistan, probably to protect the opium crop so the European banks will continue to be full of money. All Obama has done is push us farther down the road towards socialism, and rammed Obamacare down our throats. The puppets are still having their strings pulled by the same old puppet masters. Iceland decided to take back their government and did it without spilling a drop of blood. Why can't we. Voting doesn't seem to accomplish much. Just replacing one corrupt member with a new member that will become corrupted if they are not already.
